These terms apply to scripts, bundles and services sold on xexstudio.com under the XeX brand, operated by Jesús Giménez (Spain). Contact: contacto@jesusgimenez.com.
1. Who you buy from
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for digital products. Tebex handles your payment details, taxes and invoices; their checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.
2. Digital products and delivery
- Scripts are delivered instantly to the Cfx.re account you sign in with, through Keymaster.
- Escrowed scripts are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow and only run on servers linked to that account. Open-source scripts are delivered as editable source code.
- Product pages list the supported frameworks and dependencies. Please check them before buying.
3. Licence
- You get a licence to use the script on servers you own or operate with your Cfx.re account.
- You may configure it and, for open-source products, modify it for your own servers.
- You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload or redistribute any product or modified version of it, in whole or in part. Doing so ends your licence and may lead to removal of access and further action.
- Ownership of the code stays with XeX. Custom development delivered as source code follows section 6.
4. Updates and support
Updates for a product are included for as long as the product is maintained. Support is given on Discord and covers installation and bugs in the product. It does not cover changes for third-party resources, custom features or problems caused by edits to the code.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including the taxes Tebex applies for your country.
6. Development services
- Every service starts with a written scope and a fixed price or estimate, agreed before any work begins.
- Payments are processed by Tebex. Projects start with a 50% deposit and the rest is paid on delivery; audits are paid upfront.
- Custom code written only for you is delivered as source code and you may use it on your own servers.
- I need reasonable access and information from you to deliver on time. Delays caused by missing access or changes in scope may change the timeline or price, always agreed with you first.
- Monthly maintenance can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the paid month.
7. Liability
Products and services are provided with care and tested on a live server, but FiveM, frameworks and third-party resources change constantly. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Chargebacks and abuse
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in the licence being revoked. Please contact me first — most problems are solved quickly.
9. Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on the date of your purchase. They are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
