Privacy policy

The controller of your data is Jesús Giménez (Spain), trading as XeX. For any privacy request write to contacto@jesusgimenez.com.

What this site collects

• No tracking cookies. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics, if enabled, use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
• Cart. Your browser's local storage keeps the ID of your Tebex basket so your cart survives page reloads. It contains no personal data and you can clear it at any time.
• Hosting logs. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Tebex collects your payment details; I never see your card. To deliver products and give support I receive from Tebex your Cfx.re username, your email address, the products bought, the price and your country. See Tebex's privacy policy.

Recent purchases shown on the site

The site may show recent purchases, such as "j*** bought Weapon Licenses". Only the first letter of the Cfx.re username is shown, never the full name, email or price. This information is read from Tebex when the page loads and is not stored by this site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing real store activity. If you do not want your purchases to appear, write to contacto@jesusgimenez.com and they will be removed.

Service requests

When you send the service request form, the details you enter (server, needs, budget, Discord username and, if you give it, your email) are delivered to a private Discord channel that only I can read. They are used to answer you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request.

How long data is kept

• Purchase records: as long as tax law requires.
• Recent-purchase display: purchases from the last 30 days only.
• Service requests: up to 12 months, or until you ask me to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contacto@jesusgimenez.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
